Payment, Renewal, and Refund Terms
These terms apply to purchases from ACNS Business Solutions and supplement our Terms of Use.
Ohio LLC Formation (Basic Filing, Launch, Launch + Books)
You may request a full refund of your package fee and the $99 Ohio state filing fee before ACNS submits your filing. Once your filing is submitted to the Ohio Secretary of State, the package fee and state filing fee are non-refundable.
Registered Agent Service
Registered agent service is billed at $99 per year and renews automatically each year using the payment method on file. Formation packages include the first year at no charge; billing begins on the one-year anniversary of your purchase. You may cancel at any time by emailing Solutions@ACNSbusiness.com at least 30 days before your renewal date. Fees already paid are non-refundable. After cancellation, ACNS will continue as your statutory agent for 30 days, during which you must appoint a new statutory agent with the Ohio Secretary of State.
Registered Agent Transfers
ACNS files the Statutory Agent Update with the Ohio Secretary of State and pays the state filing fee at no additional cost to you.
Back Office Plans and Individual Services
Plans and services sold after a consultation are governed by the signed service agreement for that service, including its cancellation and refund terms.
